A former staff writer for The New Yorker, he often writes for Harper's, National Geographic, and The New York Review of Books. He is the founder of the environmental organizations Step It Up and 350.org, a global-warming awareness campaign and is scholar in residence at Middlebury College. We expect many visitors at both services on April 18! Please come early, and if you can, park your car at the District Education Center at Maple Street and Hwy 244. It's a 7 minute walk to the church, and a shuttle will be running that day. Better yet: take the spirit of Earth Day to heart, and consider biking to church!
