Anne has had the flu all week. Any volunteers to host Saturday's meeting, or should we retreat to the Hideaway? With 5 of us in the house it's hard to say what the weekend will bring!

Folks:

I am willing to help where needed. Can see where gaps are to be filled this Saturday at the meeting. Would love to reach out to other groups and do presentations.

See you Saturday.

Peace--Angel

Paul - I LOVE the pronunciation guide.

Here are Mera's answers to what I want to do:

1. Join a subcommittee that puts together the initial wording of our
TN mission and goals. (We haven't yet decided if we'll have this
subcommittee or just work on this during our regular steering
committee meetings.)

Nah, I don't want to do this part and would rather leave it to people who
enjoy that stuff more. I'm really picky about wording and I would be
willing to throw my opinion into the mix if asked, but would rather leave it to others. I've done mission and vision statements before, and been on the
'hammering out the wording' committee, and it was just too much after a
while.

2. Build the list of contacts for Outreach: churches, government,
civic groups, etc.

Nope. I'd help a little, but I don't think I know enough to do that. I'm
not on top of local gov't at all, partly because I live in Waterford, in
Dakota County, so I can't even vote for a lot of the people in local gov't.

3. Build the list of contacts for Collaboration: environmental groups,
etc.

I'm willing to help out on this, but from more of a brainstorming/assistant
standpoint. I need a second person.

4. Develop curriculum, catalog/bibliography, and materials for
presentations.

Yes! I would love to do this, and I think a lot of it may already be done
(why reinvent the wheel, when we can just polish it and smack a Northfield
sticker on it.)

5. Make presentations.

Yes, I'd like to team up with someone to do some presentations.

6. Define and initiate Heart and Soul work.

I would be interested in doing some of that. I have some ideas.

7. Make the initial goals and plan for our Unleashing event.

Yes, put me on that team.

8. Help with infrastructure / administration support tasks.

If it can be done on a computer at odd hours, I can do it. Does that help??
