We had a good Transition Northfield meeting yesterday; we started  
talking about what our next steps might be, focusing on reaching out  
to people and organizations.  I'll send out full meeting notes soon.

The next steering committee meeting will be on 9/19 from 9 - 11:30 am  
at Pat Benson's house, 1017 Abbey Rd:
Take Hwy 3 to Jefferson pkwy and turn toward Allina - follow Jefferson  
nearly out of town and take a right on Erie to Abbey, and another  
right on Abbey to 1017, the 2nd house on the right.

Also, remember that for September the transition supper discussion was  
moved to Friday 9/11 at 6 pm at Karen's house.  See Angel's note, sent  
on Aug. 26th, for the reading/discussion material and please RSVP to  
Angel so they get a head count.  (I'll be out of town that day so I  
won't make it.)
