I am newly returned from a week long Nonviolent Communication workshop and am 
willing to offer my learning about communication and organizational structure 
to Transition Northfield in whatever ways might be helpful to our endeavor.  
Looking forward to our meeting tomorrow and as I remember, I am to facilitate.  
I am hoping to find time to look over our notes and synthesize what we had 
suggested for our group values as a starting point for tomorrow.
