I feel Paul is on the money: we had hoped and assumed new people would be getting up to speed and not requiring alot of explanation. At the pre-meet we can discuss how to deal with this and develop our agenda accordingly. Paul's minimum reading/undestanding level makes sense to me. On the other hand, I have received three notices about this meeting from "other" sources and methinks our own initial electrification is being replicated around town. (As it should be.) So, it is possible there will be a range of understanding represented, which at this point we may have no control over. The task then, as Karen spoke to, will be our thoughtful attention to how we conduct this meeting. Also, really looking forward to the work we do together.
