Do you mean Friday, the 13th for the pre-meeting and the 14th for the
meeting at Karen's?

How many people will be at the "pre-meeting"? If it is 10 or less, we can
meet in my living room (otherwise, we'd need a bigger space).

Ok, our next Transition Northfield "pre-meeting" is this Friday the  
6th at 7:30 pm.  We need a location -- Angel suggested Blue Monday or  
James Gang.  Either one is fine with me (except I'd need a pointer to  
James Gang... is there more than one?)  Does anyone have a preference  
for location that we can agree on?  The consensus was for this meeting  
to focus on what process we should use on the 7th, not on preparing  
agenda items ahead of time.

Then we're meeting on Saturday the 7th from 9 am to noon and it seems  
there was a consensus to meet at Karen's house; I sent a note to Karen  
about communicating her address, whether to put it on this mailing  
list or some other way.  We would like people at this meeting to have  
read The Transition Handbook (or most of it) ahead of time so that we  
are coming with a shared context.
